NOTICE

             It is for information of all concerned that on the basis of the applications received in SIRISH portal by the Directorate of Tea Tribes and Adivasi Welfare, Assam, Rupnagar, Guwahati-32 regarding Coaching for Civil Services/SSC (Graduate Level)/Banking/Other Govt Job related Exam (Graduate level)/Engineering/Medical Entrance Exams under the scheme “Coaching for Higher Studies” for the year 2024-25 vide Advertisement No. ECF No. 497849/1, dated 10^th July, 2024, the course-wise applicants are hereby called for document verification as per the schedule mentioned below :-

             All the shortlisted candidates called for document verification have to submit the following documents during the time of Document verification :-

1. Original copies of Graduation Final Marksheet/Class-XII Marksheet.
2. Caste Certificate of the candidate issued by Competent Authority.
3. Functional Bank Account details/Bank Passbook of the candidate.
4. Other relevant documents.

   Candidates will also have to submit a set of duly self-attested Xerox copies  of above mentioned documents alongwith their copies of application submitted in SIRISH portal during document verification.

Failure to appear in the mentioned verification process or unable to produce the Original Documents before the Directorate will be considered as Disqualification of the candidature.

    The course-wise lists of applicants who are called for document verification under the scheme “Coaching for Higher Studies” for the year 2024-25 are uploaded in the official website https://ttwd.assam.gov.in

N.B: 

1. The mere calling of candidates for document verification does not necessarily imply that every candidate called will be selected for respective coaching courses under the scheme “Coaching for Higher Studies”. The course-wise final list of selected candidates will be notified in due course.
2. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the Document Verification.
