Notice

            The Sub-Divisional Welfare Officers are hereby requested to submit the proposal manually for “Grants to Patients suffering from TB/Cancer and other malignant diseases” for person belonging to Tea Tribes Community for the following diseases & rates:-

1. TB (tuberculosis)= Rs. 10,000/-
2. Cancer / Kidney Dialysis/ Major Operations = Rs. 50,000/-
3. Heart Disease = Rs. 75,000/-

While submitting the proposal the eligibility criteria as per the newly Govt. notified guidelines vide No. TTWD 35/2018/153 dated Dispur the 7^th August, 2020 may be strictly followed and submitted along with Annexures.     

The last date for submission of the proposal along with the application as per format to the Directorate in hard copy is 15^th September 2020.
