Sealed tender affixing non-refundable court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight and twenty five paisa) only are invited from the interested agency/Vendors for sweeping & cleaning serviceby engaging 3 (three) person in the Directorate of Tea Tribes & Adivasi Welfare, Assam. The Tender should be submitted in two Bid system (i.e Technical bid & Financial bid) from reputed, leading & resourceful registered/licensed agency/Vendor having knowledge of work related to cleaning, sweeping & housekeeping.

            Interested agency/Vendor may submit the Tender Doccuments in a sealed cover supercribed with “Tender for Sweeping, Cleaning & Housekeeping” in the box kept in front of the Office Chamber of this Directorate from 21/06/2023 to 12/07/2023&no Tender will be received thereafter. The Tender must reach the undersigned upto2:00 pmon 12/07/2023& the Tender box will be opened on the same day at 3:00 pm. If any change on the opening date will arise, further intimation will be done from the Directorate. This Directorate will not be responsible for postal loss/delay.
