SHORT NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION

Sealed tender affixing non-refundable court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight and twenty five paisa) only are invited from the interested local firms of Assam for printing & pasting of Signboard of the Office of the Undersigned as per the design /model provided by the Directorate of Tea Tribes and Adivasi Welfare. Parties having interest in printing & pasting may therefore, contact the Undersign for addressing the work & for any clarification in any working days & submit their Quotation accordingly in the drop box kept in front of the Office Chamber of this Directorate from 7^th August to 24^th August, 2023 (2:00 PM) &no quotation will be received thereafter. The detail specification of work are as follow :-

Criteria:

1. The bidders should submit the up-to date PAN & GST registration certificate.
2. The Bidder's Firm must be incorporated & registered in Assam.
3. The Bidder should not barred with any PSU/Govt. Dept. etc. at the time of doing work with us. (Please submit self-declaration).
4. The rates should not have any ambiguities or incomplete. The quotation will be opened on same day at 3:00 P.M. on 24th August in the presence of those tenders who wish to present.
5. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reasons thereof.
