RE-TENDER NOTICE FOR SWEEPING & CLEANING SERVICES

RE-TENDER NOTICE

                In pursuance of earlier tender notice vide letter No. DTGW/ESSTT/8/2023-24/1 dated 13/06/2023, sealed tender affixing non-refundable court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight and twenty five paisa) only are invited from the interested agency/Vendors for sweeping & cleaning services by engaging 3 (three) person in the Directorate of Tea Tribes and Adivasi Welfare, Assam. The Tender should be submitted in two Bid system (i.e Technical bid & Financial bid) from reputed, leading & resourceful registered/licensed agency/Vendor having knowledge of work related to cleaning, sweeping & housekeeping.

            Interested agency/Vendor may submit the Tender Doccuments in a sealed cover supercribed with “Tender for Sweeping, Cleaning & Housekeeping” in the box kept in front of the Office Chamber of this Directorate from 28/08/2023 to 07/09/2023 and no Tender will be received thereafter. The Tender must reach the undersigned upto2:00 pm on 07/09/2023, the Tender box will be opened on the same day at 3:00 pm. If any change on the opening date will arise, further intimation will be done from the Directorate. This Directorate will not be responsible for postal loss/delay.

 Scope of the work:

  • Cleaning, Sweeping & Housekeeping of the Office Premises.

General Eligibility Criteria:

  1. All tenders must submit quotation along with the following documents –

GST registration Certificate.

PAN Card.

Full Bank Account details.

Income tax return of last two financial year.

Valid trade licence of Guwahati Municipality Corporation

  1. The Court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25/- should be affix in the Technical Bid envelop.
  1. The tenders should comply with minimum wages act. & VDA and should abide by the rules & regulation laid down by the Labour Commissioner as per Notification No. ACL/41/2004/3905-908 Dated. 27/04/2023.
  1. All the statement, documents, certificate submitted by the intending bidders should be signed & sealed by the bidder owing responsibility for these correctness /authencity.
  1. The Bidder have to deposit earnest money of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) onlyin the form of DD/FDR/TDR/Bank Guarantee from a Nationalised Bank pledged in favour of Directorate of Tea Tribes & Adivasi Welfare, Assam.
  1. Rates once quoted shall be final. No separate amount would be payable over & above the rates quoted. Correction/interpolation will not be entertained.
  1. In case of any default by the sevice provider in respect of terms & conditions, this Directorate may without prejudice to any other right/remedy, which shall have accrued or shall accrue thereafter, terminate the contract, in whole or part by giving 15 days notice to the service provider.
  1. The firm who will get the work order shall maintain sufficient stock of various items such as brooms for floor & ceiling, dusters, detergent, bucket, phenyl etc. so as to meet normal requirement.
  1. The Cleaner should have to remained present in the Office during Office hours & ensure cleaning of toilets & other areasduring morning & evening as per time to time requirement & even on holiday on call also.
  1. Remuneration of the engaged staff may be deducted if complaint from any staff or officers received regarding cleaning etc.
  1. Payment will be made in favour of the agency/Vendor as per the rate fixed & receipt of ceiling from Govt. time to time.
  1. The agency/Vendor should submit list of cleaner with name, full address, address proof documents, 2(two) copies photograph, Mobile no. etc.
  1. The selected agency/Vendor has to execute an Agreement with the authority as regards to Contract.
  1. The agency/Vendor should ensure attendance of the cleaner, if any of the 3 (three) cleaner absent the agency/Vendor should place the substitute for the same.
  1. The Service of the selected Vendor will be remain for 2 (two) year. The service may be extended for another years, if the competent authority satisfied with the service provider.
  1. The Bidder should quote their price showing the GST, Service tax etc. separately.
  1. Self attested copy of upto date GST clearance certificate.
  1. Directorate of Tea Tribes & Adivasi Welfare is not responsible for acceptance the lowest quoted rates only & may reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
