NOTICE
It is for information of all concerned that some candidates who have applied for Coaching for Civil Services/SSC (Graduate Level)/Banking/Other Govt Job related Exam (Graduate level) under the scheme “Coaching for Higher Studies” for the year 2023-24 advertised vide No. DTGW/DEV/22/2022-23/35, dated 26th May, 2023 have mentioned CGPA instead of Percentage of marks in Graduation in their applications or have not mentioned Percentage of marks in Graduation in their applications but have uploaded relevant documents with their applications in SIRISH portal. Those candidates are hereby called for physical verification of their Graduation Final Marksheets on 27th July, 28th July and 29th July, 2023 at 10 AM positively in the office of the Directorate of Tea Tribes and Adivasi Welfare, Rupnagar, Guwahati, Assam-781032 to ascertain their Percentage of marks in Graduation for further evaluation.
The course-wise lists of such candidates have been enclosed herewith. The candidates whose names are present in the lists are requested to bring the original as well as a self-attested photocopy of their Graduation Final Marksheet alongwith a proof of CGPA equivalent to percentage for physical verification. The candidates will have to submit an Undertaking stating that the CGPA equivalent to Percentage of marks in Graduation declared by them are correct and if found otherwise, they will be liable for action under the existing law.
Failure to appear in the physical verification process or unable to produce the Original Document before the Directorate will be considered as Disqualification of the candidature.
