NOTICE

             It is for information of all concerned that on the basis of the applications received in SIRISH portal by the Directorate of Tea Tribes and Adivasi Welfare, Assam, Rupnagar, Guwahati-32 under the scheme “Coaching for Higher Studies” for the year 2023-24 vide Advertisement No. DTGW/DEV/22/2022-23/35, dated 26^th May, 2023, the provisionally shortlisted candidates who did not appear in earlier document verification process called vide office notice ECF No. 306395/1 dated 02^nd August, 2023 for the Coaching of SSC (Graduate Level)/Banking/Other Govt. Job related Exam (Graduate level)/Engineering/ Medical Entrance Exams are hereby called again for document verification as per the schedule mentioned below:

Further, a second list of provisionally shortlisted candidates who were not called in earlier document verification process vide notice cited above for the Coaching of Medical Entrance Exams are hereby also called for document verification as per the recommendation of State Level Screening Committee on 7^th October, 2023 (From 10 AM) in the office of the Directorate of Tea Tribes and Adivasi Welfare, Rupnagar, Guwahati, Assam-781032.

            All the provisionally shortlisted candidates called for document verification are required to bring their original copies of Graduation Final Marksheet/Class-XII Marksheet/Caste Certificate/other relevant documents etc. for verification. The candidates will also have to submit a set of self-attested copies of above mentioned documents alongwith their copies of application submitted in SIRISH portal during document verification. Failure to appear in the mentioned verification process or unable to produce the Original Documents before the Directorate will be considered as Disqualification of the candidature.

            The course-wise lists of provisionally shortlisted candidates who are called for document verification under the scheme “Coaching for Higher Studies” for the year 2023-24 are uploaded herewith.

N.B: 

1. The mere calling of candidates for document verification does not necessarily imply that every candidate called will be selected for respective coaching courses under the scheme “Coaching for Higher Studies”. The course-wise final list of selected candidates will be notified in due course.
2. The candidates who have already appeared in earlier document verification process called vide office notice ECF No. 306395/1 dated 02^nd August, 2023 are not required to attend any further document verification process.
3. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the Document Verification.
