NOTICE

             It is for information that on the basis of the applications received by the Directorate of Tea Tribes Welfare, Assam, Rupnagar, Guwahati-32 regarding admission into GNM courses under GNM Institutions of Govt. of Assam for the year 2022-23 vide Advertisement No. DTGW/DEV/7/2021-22/285, dated 22^nd Dec, 2022 and corrigendum No. DTGW/DEV/13/2022-23/79-B, dated 23^rd Dec, 2022 respectively, the eligible candidates are hereby called for document verification on 27^th March, 2023 at 9:30 AM positively in the office of the Directorate of Tea Tribes Welfare, Rupnagar, Guwahati, Assam-781032.

                      All the eligible candidates called for document verification are required to bring their HS Marksheet/Pass Certificate/Age proof certificate/Caste Certificate/Bank Passbook /other Testimonials etc. in Original for verification. The candidates will have to submit an Undertaking in writing that the documents submitted/produced by them are in original. Failure to appear/produce the Original Documents before the Directorate will be considered as Disqualification of the candidate.

                 The list of eligible candidates belonging to Tea Tribes Community who are called for document verification for admission into GNM courses under GNM Institutions of Govt. of Assam for the year 2022-23 is uploaded in the official website www.ttwd.assam.gov.in 

N.B: The mere calling of candidates for document verification does not necessarily imply that every candidate called will be selected for the GNM course programme. The final list of 250 candidates will only be published after the document verification process is over.
