The Directorate of Tea Tribes and Adivasi Welfare, Assam invites online applications from eligible candidates of Tea Tribes & Adivasi Community under the new schemes “Financial Assistance to Students who Cleared Civil Services Prelims Conducted by UPSC/APSC” for the financial year 2024-25.
Minimum Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Assam and must belong to Tea Tribes and Adivasi community.
- The applicant must produce valid Caste certificate which is duly certified/issued by the Deputy Commissioner of the concerned district or his/her designated officer.
- The applicant should have cleared the Civil Services Preliminary Examination conducted by the UPSC/APSC during the current year. The applicant must produce his/her copy of admit card and result of Civil Services Preliminary Examination conducted by the UPSC/APSC.
- The applicants who have cleared both Civil Services Preliminary Examinations Conducted by the UPSC and APSC in the same year, shall be considered for scholarship only for UPSC Prelims.
- Undertaking on the annual family income as per the given format.

- The applicants are advised to read carefully the respective guidelines of the schemes for their eligibility, terms & conditions prior to fill their applications. The scheme guidelines are available at our official webpage i.e. https://ttwd.assam.gov.in/ & at SIRISH-Online Application Portal https://sirishassam.in/.
- All applicants shall provide correct details of their own Bank Account in the application.
- In no case, applicants applying repeatedly from different Sub-Divisions shall be considered.
- All applicants applying for the scheme need to first register themselves in the www.sirishassam.in online portal and then follow the necessary steps by steps guidelines available at SIRISH-Online Application Portal to complete the application process.
The online applications are going to receive from 09th day of December, 2024 through SIRISH-Online Application Portal upto 22th day of December, 2024.
