PUBLIC NOTICE

In continuation to our earlier Public Notice published vide ECF No. DTGW/DEV/03/2024-25/725 dated 25-06-2024, it is to inform you all the concerned that Smt. Bristi Bin on dated 25-06-2024 had submitted an application for Countersignature on the Annexure-VI of Schedule-I to appear into the counseling for admission into the MBBS/BDS courses for the session, 2024 under the reserved seats for TGL/EX-TGL category. However, due to oversight the applicant forgot to enclose the certified copies of relevant documents relating to her Caste status and therefore the undersigned had directed to submit the photocopies of Caste Certificate, NCL Certificate, etc to the applicant vide referred Notice. Accordingly, today the applicant had submitted copy of Caste Certificate, NCL Certificate & PRC for which the details have been updated below.

If there is any objection against the mentioned candidate’s authenticity for appearing into the reserved seats for TGL/EX-TGL category of Medical Education, Assam then it is requested to fill a complaint to the Directorate of Tea Tribes and Adivasi Welfare, Assam, Rupnagar, Guwahati-32 in respect of the candidate with justifying the issue with proof within 7 days from the issue of this Notice for forwarding the matter to Chah Janajati Jatiya Sanmilani, Asom for verification and submission of reports.

If no complaints received within the 7 days of publication of this Notice at the office of the undersigned in writing then the Director, Tea Tribes and Adivasi Welfare, Assam shall countersign the application form and the candidates shall be informed through the website to collect their original copy of Countersigned Annexure from the Directorate of Tea Tribes and Adivasi Welfare, Assam, Rupnagar, Guwahati-32.

N.B. Those candidates who have already applied for the same need not to apply again.
