NOTICE

                   It is for information to all the candidates selected for undergoing admission into various Diploma Courses under various Institutes of Paramedical Sciences in the state of Assam vide this office Advertisement No. DTGW/DEV/16/2017/Pt-I/141, dated 20^th February, 2020 and Re-advertisement No. DTGW/DEV/36/2020/10, dated 13^th October 2020 respectively, 134 Nos. of selected candidates belonging to Tea Tribes Community who earlier failed to attend the 1^st online counseling are hereby informed to appear in the 2^nd Counseling for selection of Institution for admission into 1^st year Diploma in Paramedical courses in the Institute of Paramedical Sciences of Assam for the session 2020.

                  The candidates who were selected in their respective subject but failed to attend the 1^st counseling shall appear in the 2^ndCounseling to be held on 15^th Nov, 2021 in the Office of the Director of Medical Education, Assam, Sixmile, Khanapara, Guwahati-22 for selection of Institutions at 10.30 AM positively. Failure to appear in the 2^nd Counseling may lead to final cancellation of candidature.

N.B:  

• Those candidates who already got admitted in their respective course and institution as per the 1^st counseling and are willing to change their course and institution, they must bring with them the necessary admission receipts, etc. at the time of 2^nd counseling, failing which their change in course and institution will not be allowed.
• Candidates who are satisfied with their allotted and admitted seat during the first counseling need not appear in the 2^nd counseling and their seats in already admitted shall remain unchanged.
• All certificates/testimonials required to produce before the Selection Board is placed at Annexure I
