NOTIFICATION

In pursuant to the MoM dated 04-01-2024, decision of the Monitoring Committee meeting held on 14-06-2024 & as per the direction of the Tea Tribes and Adivasi Welfare Department, it is to inform you all the candidates who intends to apply for the Director, Tea Tribes and Adivasi Welfare, Assam’s Countersignature on the Annexure-VI of Schedule-I for appearing into the counseling of the Director of Medical Education, Assam for admission into the MBBS/BDS courses for the session, 2024 under the reserved seats for TGL/Ex-TGL category, all are requested to apply for Countersignature at the Directorate of Tea Tribes and Adivasi Welfare, Assam, Rupnagar, Guwahati-32 prior to at least ten (10) days before the date of counseling at the office of the Director of Medical Education, Assam.   

Upon received of the application, the list of applications will be published through our website https://ttwd.assam.gov.in/ for wide publicity upto 7 days and objection, if any. After expiry of 7 days, the Director, Tea Tribes and Adivasi Welfare, Assam shall countersign the application form subject to receipt of no any objection against the application. The candidates shall be informed through the website to collect their original copy of Countersigned Annexure from the Directorate of Tea Tribes and Adivasi Welfare, Assam, Rupnagar, Guwahati-32.

N.B. Those candidates who have already applied for the same not required to submit again.
