SHORT tender NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION

Sealed Quotation with affixing Court Fee Stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees Eight Twenty Five Paisa) is invited from the firms/supplier (Registered Firm and System Integrator of BSNL) for supply of following items towards implementation of Mission Sadbhavana 2.0 in the Directorate of Tea Tribes Welfare, Assam, Rupnagar, Guwahati-32 as mentioned below:

The Quotation will be received from 10:00 A.M. 6^th June, 2023 to 02:00 P.M. on 16^th June, 2023 and will be opened on the same day at 3:30 PM in presence of Tenderers and their authorised representative.

Interested parties may submit quotation mentioning detailed specifications of item with specific rates (including GST) and submit to the office of the Directorate of Tea Tribes and Adivasi Welfare, Assam, Rupnagar, Guwahati-32, within the stipulated time.

Criteria :

1. The Bidders should submit the up-to-date PAN & GST registration certificate.
2. The Bidder must have executed minimum 3 (Three) successful supply orders of similar items.
3. The Bidder should not have been barred by any PSU/Govt. Dept. etc. in doing business with them. (Please submit self-declaration).
4. The Bidder's Firm must be incorporated & registered in Assam.
5. The items supplied should be of BIS standard & relevant standards.
6. The Bidder should install, test & commission the item upon successful supply.
7. Up-to-date Income Tax Return.
8. The rates quoted against each item should be inclusive of GST/Tax.
9. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all the Tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The lowest rate may not be compulsory accepted and the decision of the undersigned in this matter will be final.
