E-Procurement Notice

The Director, Tea Tribes Welfare, Assam, Guwahati-32 invites bids in e-tendering system for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Laptop, Desktop PC, UPS, Multi-Function Printer (MFP) with a comprehensive onsite warranty for a period of 3 years from Original Equipment Manufacturers or their duly authorized dealers as mentioned in the bidding document. The bid document is available online from Date 5^th January, 2021 at 2:00 PM to Date 22^nd January, 2021  up to 12:00 Noon and the bid should be submitted online in mail https://assamtenders.gov.in till 04:00 PM on 22^nd January, 2021. The bidder would be required to register in the E-procurement Portal, Govt. of Assam for submission of the bids, the bidder is required to have Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) from one of the authorized Certifying Authorities as indicated in the website: https://assamtenders.gov.in.

Last Date/ Time for receipt of bids through e-procurement: Date 22^nd January, 2021, up to 04:00 PM. The bid (Technical will be open on 25^th January, 2021 at 11:30 AM). Opening of Financial Bid will be intimated after evaluation of Technical Bid.
